Fair rules for a useful prospecting tool.

FreshCarrier monitors public FMCSA records, organizes selected carrier fields, and provides search, filtering, saving, and export tools. FreshCarrier is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any listed carrier.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in information confidential and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Free plan provides limited access. A Pro subscription renews monthly at the price shown at checkout unless canceled. If a trial is offered, its duration and the first billing date are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments and may apply its own terms to the payment flow.

You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from FreshCarrier. Our cancellation and refund policy explains timing, access after cancellation, and refund requests.

You may use FreshCarrier for lawful business prospecting and internal workflow. You may not:

• send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harassing communications;
• ignore do-not-call, consent, licensing, advertising, privacy, or other rules that apply to your outreach;
• resell, republish, or provide bulk access to FreshCarrier or its organized database;
• circumvent plan limits, probe security, disrupt the service, or use automated access outside features we provide; or
• use the service to discriminate unlawfully or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or offer.

Public availability of a phone number or email address does not by itself establish consent to every form of marketing. You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how you may contact a lead.

FMCSA records can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or inaccurate. FreshCarrier also normalizes source fields, which can introduce errors. Verify material information before relying on it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific number of new records on any day.

FreshCarrier and its original software, interface, branding, and organization are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Government source records remain subject to their source terms. You retain ownership of information you submit. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. FreshCarrier is a data workflow tool, not legal, compliance, insurance, underwriting, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that a carrier is qualified, insurable, interested in your offer, or safe to contact.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshCarrier will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, address nonpayment, or comply with law. We may revise these terms, with the updated effective date posted here. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
