Check the USDOT number in SAFER, note the registration date, and confirm the operating status. A new registration is a signal that a business is being set up, not proof it is running.

TCPA covers calls and texts, CAN-SPAM covers email, and state do-not-call lists still apply. Keep a suppression list from day one so the free sample never turns into a complaint.

Where do the free DOT leads come from?
They come from the FMCSA motor carrier census file published on data.transportation.gov. We import only complete daily releases, so a partial release never appears as a lead. Email and phone are the values recorded in the federal filing; a recorded value is not a verified contact or evidence of buying intent.
