Some providers advertise a few free leads every day, spread across the whole country. Five records a day from fifty states is rarely one you can write. A complete feed for the one state you are licensed in is a list you can actually work: every new registration, the day it lands, with the phone and email on file.
It also keeps the offer honest. The public sample above is the same for everyone, so you can check it against SAFER before signing up. Your free state does not expire, does not need a card, and can move once every 30 days. When you need every state, the paid plan is one flat price with no per-state upcharge and no per-lead fee.
Pick the state, fleet size and operation type you can actually write or serve. A one-truck new venture in another state is not a lead for you, whatever the contact fields say.
Check the USDOT number in SAFER, note the registration date, and confirm the operating status. A new registration is a signal that a business is being set up, not proof it is running.
TCPA covers calls and texts, CAN-SPAM covers email, and state do-not-call lists still apply. Keep a suppression list from day one so the free sample never turns into a complaint.
Trucking insurance producers use them to reach new ventures before the first policy is bound. Factoring companies, dispatch services, ELD and fuel-card vendors, and compliance consultants use the same registration feed to find carriers in their first weeks of operation. The free sample is the same for all of them; the difference is the filter you apply.
Yes, in two layers. The fixed 10-record sample on this page is open to everyone with no account. A free account then opens the live new-carrier feed for one state you choose: every complete daily FMCSA release, phone and email when recorded, filters, saved leads and CSV export up to 1,000 records per view. No card, no expiry.
No. The free plan is permanent access to one state, not a countdown. You can move your free state once every 30 days. The paid Pro plan is $39 USD per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime, and covers every state with exports up to 5,000 records per view.
They come from the FMCSA motor carrier census file published on data.transportation.gov. We import only complete daily releases, so a partial release never appears as a lead. Email and phone are the values recorded in the federal filing; a recorded value is not a verified contact or evidence of buying intent.
Of the 7 providers we compare, only Carrier Hunt, TruckerDB and TruckInsureLeads advertise any free records, and most require a card before showing data. Our sample is open on the page. See the alternatives comparison for advertised prices and free offers side by side.
That is exactly what the free plan is. Choose your state at sign-up or from the dashboard and you get every newly registered carrier there, each day, free. The per-state pages show how many carriers registered in each state over the last 30 days. The $39 plan adds every other state.
Motor carrier registration data is public federal record. You are responsible for how you contact people in it: TCPA rules apply to calls and texts, CAN-SPAM applies to email, and state do-not-call lists still apply. We do not sell consent. Use the data as a research starting point and keep your own suppression records.
Create a free account, pick your state, and its live new-carrier feed is yours for good. No card, no trial countdown. When you need every state, the $39 plan adds them all with 5,000-record exports.
